Sinn Fein's Martin McGuinness has resigned, giving up his post as Northern Ireland's Deputy First Minister in protest against the DUP's handling of a green energy scheme.
For reaction, Share Radio's Alex Clark spoke to Dr Neil Matthews, Lecturer in British Politics at Bristol University. Alex first asked Neil how the botched scheme played into McGuinness's resignation.
