In this episode, Adam was working with a very successful former hedge fund manager who had been able to retire at the age of 40. While he was highly educated and had been very resourceful in his career he was unable to activate those resources to lose weight. Adam uses a combination of regression, resource anchoring, direct suggestion and future pacing to enable him to activate resources such as self-control, resilience, persistence, creativity and learning to help him lose weight and have fun while doing it.
