What might economic life outside of the E.U. in the event of Brexit look like? The think tank, Open Europe, says the referendum campaign has not adequately addressed this so far. Open Europe says it will be neither apocalypse nor utopia. They say there will be a short term shock followed by the potential for long term prosperity if liberal economic policies are followed.
