The European Central Bank will continue its quantitative easing bond-buying programme into 2018, according to ratings agency, S&P. The agency says the ECB will need to do this to combat low core inflation and credit growth. With this period being the busiest holiday sales period of the year ABTA- the Association of British Travel Agents has launched a campaign to help people avoid booking with fraudulent websites, online scams and non-compliant travel companies that have no financial protection in place.
