Managerial dismissals are the norm in football. So it may be a bit of a surprise to hear one case headed to tribunal. Assisant boss Nigel Gibbs took his old club Leeds United to court and won more than £330,000. The issue in the case was whether Mr Gibbs was constructively dismissed, or whether he simply chose to go.
