This is 'Crowdfunders', the show that covers the fast-growing world of alternative finance. We join Share Radio's Ed Bowsher, and in today's show, the guests are looking at an example of a business that listened to its customers and reversed course on a controversial business strategy. In this instance it was one of the biggest peer to peer lending businesses, Ratesetter. We'll hear from one of Ratesetter's founders on what happened.
