70% of us will, at some point in our lives, experience “Impostor Syndrome”: the feeling of not deserving our accomplishments, and the persistent fear of being exposed as a “fraud”. Vicky Sayers is joined in this episode by team and leadership development consultant, Rebecca Godfrey, who shares her own story of dealing with Impostor Syndrome. Rebecca talks about spending three weeks at The Priory in 2014 for work-related stress, and details her journey from her lowest point to founding her own consultancy business, Etheo Limited. She also shares some encouraging tips for anyone else struggling with similar feelings of inadequacy, and highlights the importance of talking to others when feeling overwhelmed.
