Craig Hurring from CMI on sexism in the workplace being branded as banter
It appears the gender pay gap isn't the only problem being faced by women in Britain's workforce. 4 in 5 reported witnessing gender discrimination or bias in the past 12 months. This included bias in the recruitment process, women being unable to get their voices heard at meetings and inappropriate comments often passed off as banter. To find out more about the situation our reporter Tom Hill spoke to Head of Brand Strategy and Stakeholder Relations at the CMI, Craig Hurring.
