It appears the gender pay gap isn't the only problem being faced by women in Britain's workforce. 4 in 5 reported witnessing gender discrimination or bias in the past 12 months. This included bias in the recruitment process, women being unable to get their voices heard at meetings and inappropriate comments often passed off as banter.
