In an £11 billion pound deal, Standard Life will acquire Aberdeen Asset Management to create the UK's largest fund management group. Together the firm would oversee investments worth £660 billion. Carrying out financial transactions on your desktop and other such traditional methods are more susceptible to cybercrime than using your mobile. That’s according to research by security technology company Threatmetrix, which shows one million cyberattacks targeted online lending transactions in 2016. Cyber fraud expert from Threatmetrix, Dr. Stephen Moody, spoke to Share Radio’s Anviksha Patel to discuss the research further.
