It followed a verbal concession from ministers that they would get a say. Sue Dougan was joined by Billy Bambrough, Editor of economics and business website Verdict.co.uk to discuss if there are more oppositions ahead.

Share Politics: Putting one's housing in order
There have been more long nights in Westminster as MPs continue to debate the Bill which would let the Prime Minister trigger Britain's exit from the EU. Whilst the Commons gave an initial thumbs up to the Bill last week, this week is the Committee stage, giving opposition a chance to park their tanks on the Government's lawn. A litany of amendments have been proposed by Labour and the SNP and, though most have been shot down, earlier this afternoon the Government promised MPs they'd get a vote on the final deal. Meanwhile, Sajid Javid has described the British housing market as 'broken' as he unveils the Government's housing White Paper. A 3-billion pound fund will be set up to help small firms build 25-thousand new homes in England by 2020. For all this and more, Share Radio's Glen Goodman was joined by Laura Sainsbury of FTI Consulting, Lord John Shipley, the Liberal Democrat's Shadow Housing Minister, and Adam Bienkov, UK Political Editor at BusinessInsider.

Emerging Opportunities: Adapting to Trump's diplomacy
It's time once again for Emerging Opportunities the only show on your radio dedicated to global emerging markets. Share Radio's Glen Goodman is joined by Gavin Serkin, Managing Editor of the Frontier Funds Consultancy and the author of 'Frontier: Exploring the Top Ten Emerging Markets of Tomorrow' On today's edition: Well, it's hard to know where to start. In two weeks President Trump has been abandoning key trade agreements, threatening trade wars from China to Mexico, while cosying on the phone with Vladimir Putin - hours later, pro-Russian forces are fighting the army in Ukraine. Trump also attempted to block all visits to the US for any nationals from a group seven Muslim countries, blowing away all hope for Iran - one of the seven - breaking free from decades of sanctions, as he declared Iran the world's No. 1 terrorist state. So, how to make sense of the impact from all of that on the rest of the world? Fortunately Gavin & Glen were joined in the studio by one of the most experienced and successful of emerging market investors, the co-founder of Ashmore and founder of New Sparta, and the author of "Emerging Markets in an Upside Down World," Dr. Jerome Booth.
