Nearly a third of online shoppers may be tempted to put themselves at risk of fraud during the frenzy to grab a Christmas bargain. Financial Fraud Action UK is urging consumers to be vigilant against fraudsters' tactics and pause before clicking the buy button, ahead of shopping bonanzas Black Friday and Cyber Monday when retailers offer an array of limited time offers and discounts. Olivia Demetriades spoke to Katy Worobec, Director at Financial Fraud Action UK and Tony Blake, Senior Fraud Prevention Officer at the Dedicated Card and Payment Crime Unit.

Over one third of young business owners say they've been victims of invoice, mandate or CEO fraud, and that figure rises to over half for people aged under 25. It suggests fraudsters target inexperienced business owners with invoice-related scams. Jim Wadsworth, Managing Director of Accura, who did the research, spoke to James Brydges.
