The Apprentice Investor: How have our apprentice's portfolios been fairing amidst market turbulence?
This is a brand new edition of the Apprentice Investor. Regular listeners to the show will know that our Apprentices are five members of the Share Radio team who've each been given fifteen thousand pounds of virtual money to build individual share portfolios. They have a minimum of eight stocks, which they've been buying and selling through The Share Centre. It's almost a month since the EU membership referrendum and in that time Britain has a new Prime Minister who's also made it clear there'll be no turning back from BREXIT...so how has that affected their portfolios? Juliette was joined in the studio by apprentices Olivia Demetriades and Alexi Philips as well as the author and financial journalist Rodney Hobson

Morning Money: The triple threat facing the UK travel industry
Thousands of British families with holidays booked in Turkey are scrambling to cancel their trips following the attempted coup. Travel agents say they have been deluged by calls from worried tourists wanting to cancel after seeing shocking footage emerge from the holiday hotspot. Specialist Turkish travel agents are ruing the 'huge financial impact' that the attempted coup has had on their business over the weekend - and of course, this comes hot on the heels of the Nice atrocity. It's a third blow for the travel industry, already set to be profoundly affected by the Brexit vote. Geoffrey Breeze, Executive Director at the World Travel and Tourism Council joined the Morning Money team to discuss further.

Questions of Faith: Conscientious objection to military spending
From Chilcot to Trident, there's plenty of conflict being discussed in the corridors of parliament. But some Christians are against nuclear weapons and support for Trident and others want to stop our taxes being used to fund defence and wars. Labour MP Ruth Cadbury will introduce a bill under the ten minute rule in Parliament to allow taxpayers to conscientiously object to their money being spent on the military. In this episode of Questions of Faith, Marc Shoffman speaks to the Brentford and Isleworth MP.
