Managerial dismissals are the norm in football. So it may be a bit of a surprise to hear one case headed to tribunal. Assisant boss Nigel Gibbs took his old club Leeds United to court and won more than £330,000. The issue in the case was whether Mr Gibbs was constructively dismissed, or whether he simply chose to go. Georgie Frost was joined by our regular expert on employment law Kevin Charles from Crossland Solicitors.
